Can I start on Fortnightly and switch to Weekly later?
Yes. Most clients start Fortnightly. A few move up to Weekly when they hit a high-pressure phase — take-off, post-crisis rebuild, pre-exit prep. The switch happens at a calendar boundary; we don't pro-rate mid-month. Switching back down works the same way.
What if the coaching isn't working?
The 6-month minimum is real but it isn't a lock-in trap. If after 3 months the work isn't moving the needle, we have a frank conversation: adjust the cadence, adjust the focus, or call it. I don't drag relationships out. After the 6 months you're month-to-month with one month's notice — no exit fees, no clawbacks.
When do clients typically see results?
First 90 days: the buffer, the cash discipline, the operating cadence. Months 4–6: the structural moves — Foundation locked, Systems layer started. Months 6–12: the Triad work, where the revenue and margin movement shows up. Anyone selling you "results in 30 days" is selling you something else.
Do I pay GST? Can I invoice through my company?
Yes, all prices are + GST. Invoiced monthly through Evolve to Grow Pty Ltd, payable into your company's accounts payable. Stripe credit card or direct deposit, your call. Tax receipt every month.
I'm outside Australia. Does that work?
Yes — all sessions over Google Meet. Current clients in Singapore, NZ, and across Australia. I match your timezone for the recurring slot. No GST is charged on services delivered outside Australia. Invoices in AUD.
How is this different from the $1,500 Altitude Audit?
Coaching is an ongoing relationship — minimum 6 months, building and executing the BEF roadmap across the business. The
$1,500 Altitude Audit is a one-hour standalone product: data review, written audit, walk-away document. Some owners do the Audit first; most apply for coaching directly. Neither requires the other.
