If you apply for coaching, fill in a form, or subscribe to a newsletter — we keep just the contact info you give us. No third-party sale. No automated profile building. No tracking pixels beyond standard analytics. You can ask for your data deleted any time and we will. The full legal version is below for completeness.

Last updated: May 2026. Evolve to Grow Pty Ltd (ABN 78 612 076 669) takes privacy seriously. Here’s exactly what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect.
When you apply for coaching, book a diagnostic, or download a tool, we collect: your name, email, business name, role, revenue band, and the answers you provide to qualification questions.
When you visit the site, we collect: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) and analytics data (anonymised page views, time on page, traffic source).
When you become a client, we store: session notes, BEF assessment results, KPI tracking data, and communication history. This is required to do the coaching work.
Why we collect it.
To respond to you, deliver coaching, send the newsletter you opted into, and improve the website. That’s it.
What we don’t do.
- ✕ We don’t sell your data.
- ✕ We don’t share with third parties except essential service providers (email, analytics, CRM).
- ✕ We don’t use behavioural advertising or remarketing pixels beyond what’s disclosed at consent.
- ✕ We don’t use your client data to train AI models.
Your rights.
You can request a copy of any data we hold on you. You can ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter in one click from any email. Email letstalk@evolvetogrow.com.au with the request and we’ll action it within 7 working days.
Where data is stored.
Australia and the US. Email systems and CRM are with reputable providers in those jurisdictions.
Cookies.
We use essential cookies for site function and analytics cookies for anonymised traffic data. No advertising cookies unless you opt in.
